Installation Support
Vestec provides free-of-charge ASR installation support. To request help with installation, contact support@vestec.com. You will be directed to open an account with Vestec (if you are a new customer) and post your query on the support forum. A product specialist will respond to your note within 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email as soon as your ticket has been updated.
NOTE: Vestec reserves the right to demand proof-of-purchase before providing technical support. Generally speaking, technical support is provided via web-based interaction only; telephone consultation or onsite visit must be arranged separately for additional fees. Non-installation support for the speech engine is also available from Vestec at competitive rates.
