Installation Support
Vestec provides free-of-charge installation support for its speech engine. We support all major Asterisk releases and Linux distributions.
To request installation support, simply contact support@vestec.com. You will be directed to open an account with Vestec (if you are a new customer) and post your query on the technical support forum. A customer service representative will respond to your note within 24-48 hours and help you with the installation.
NOTE: Vestec reserves the right to demand proof-of-purchase before providing technical support. Generally speaking, technical support is provided via web-based interaction only; telephone-based support is not covered in the price of the speech engine but can be arranged for separate fees. Non-installation engine support is also available from Vestec at competitive rates.
