Soft-PBX Connectors

The Vestec Speech Engine is a robust, flexible, standards-based product that can be integrated with a wide variety of soft-PBX (and contact center) platforms.

The engine comes with a powerful API (Application Programming Interface) that can be used for custom integration with telephony platforms of developer’s choice. Pre-built “connectors” for major soft-PBX platforms – such as Asterisk and FreeSWITCH – are also available free-of-charge. These platform connectors must be downloaded separately from the speech engine in accordance with legal provisions of relevant distribution agreements.
