Vestec provides free-of-charge installation support for its speech recognition engine. To request installation support, contact: support@vestec.com. You will be directed to open an Account (in case you don’t already have one) and post your query on the support forum. A customer service representative will respond to your installation issues within 24-48 hours.
Vestec also offers comprehensive support at highly competitive rates for a wide variety of non-installation issues for its speech recognition engine. These include services comprising in-depth product training, speech grammar writing, application development, voice interface design, system integration, best practices consulting, and general trouble-shooting.
Non-installation support can be purchased at the following rates:
- $100 per hour; minimum 1-hour purchase
- $400 for a 5-hour package; ($100 savings)
- $700 for a 10-hour package; ($300 savings)
