Support Policies
Vestec offers comprehensive support for its ASR engine at highly affordable rates. Installation support is provided free of charge. Additional support – including, product training, grammar writing, and system integration – is available for separate fees.
To request installation support or report a bug, please contact: support@vestec.com You will be directed to open an account (if you don’t already have one) and post your issue on the support forum. A customer service representative will respond within 24-48 hours and you will be informed via email as soon as your service ticket has been updated.
Non-installation support is priced at $100 per hour and must be purchased for a minimum of 5 hours. Discounts are available on a 10-hour package.
NOTE: All support is provided via web-based interaction only. Conference calls as well as on-site visits can be arranged upon request for additional fees. Please contact: info@vestec.com
